MBBS Interview +MAPCU + Freshies’ Night + Random

It has been a while now…

So well,attented MBBS interview on the 4th of July…What can I say about it? My interview lasted approximately 40 minutes..yes people….40 long gruelling minutes….Was kinda tongue-tied at the beginning…Loosen up in time though…We’ll see what happens in a couple more months…Haih…hopefully I do get it…hmmm…Already spent RM 800 on ISAT(a IQ/Critical Thinking/Reasoning Skill test)..I did pretty badly in that test….

After a week or two,I entered a tennis tournament organised by MAPCU (stands for Malaysian Association of Private University Colleges…) on the 12th of July…It was a team event tournament so I was pretty lucky to be alongside with a Sukma player,Mak..He’s a really good player…Handle himself on court with somewhat resembleance of Roger Federer…He stays cool whether he’s leading or trailing unlike some players like X and Y… Throwing rackets and shouting ‘come on!’ after winning a point..yeah…throwing rackers AFTER winning a point…kinda stupid huh?

so anyways,8 uni colleges participated ; Help College (champ i guess,they had like 2 national players and a few state players) , Taylor’s College,Inti Subang, some IT college and a few others…It was a round robin tournament,so eight colleges were divided into two groups of four..So,the line-up was one men’s single match,one ladies single match and one mixed double match…The top two teams in a group will enter the semis..Sunway Uni College entered the semis but sadly got 3rd place…not too bad la…

Tennis and netball tournament going at the same time and venue…The venue was Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort…High class club…They had four tennis courts,one netball/futsal court and one basketball court…They even had a bowling alley in the club itself !

It was a long day….We arrived there around 8.30 am and we left around 8.15 pm…

Remember him? Rafique’s opponent?? haha…Rafique psychoed him like a mad man…

11 hours later……..

It was a long freaking day….Got sunburnt but compensated with free meals,a t-shirt and a medal…haha..No thanks to me…Mak was the man…He won every single match he played…And I was the other way around..haha..at least I think I gave a good fight…

Freshies’ Night 2!! I wasn’t really excited about it…Freshies’ Night is somewhat like a welcome party for new students…The ticket was at RM10 per head and it was worth it…From dancing, to magic show to light shows and laser show,it was overall satisfactory…
